Today is a great day to stop smoking, your life will have years added on and you will become a healthier person both mentally and physically. One of the hardest things you will ever do is to make that decision to stop smoking and actually do it, it can be done though. Quitting smoking is one of the most important things you could ever do for yourself. It will not only help you but it will help the people around you. If you are a woman that smokes, 35 or older, you have a high chance of having a heart attack, stroke, blood clots, and also having a miscarriage or a baby born to early. The good news is that when you do stop smoking it immediately starts working in your favor of avoiding these problems. Immediately after quitting your heart rate and blood pressure goes down and in the first year you will see that your lungs and blood circulation is working in a more healthy manner.
