NOT SLEEPING??

Insomnia is caused by many different things. One of the first things that you may notice is that is that when you go to bed you have trouble falling asleep, then maybe you after a couple hours you are back awake again. Once you have woken up you have trouble going back to sleep and this carries on through your night. You have tried to make changes to your schedule to help you go to bed at the same time every night, maybe you have even bought a new mattress for comfort hoping that this will help you sleep all night. When you have exhausted areas to fix the problem and You're still not sleeping you find yourself totally exhausted. The not sleeping is really beginning to wear on you, your life is becoming unmanageable and you feel horrible. Insomnia can effect your moods, energy, concentration, and so many other things. Now you have found the during the day you worry about sleeping at night.

One of the most common remedies for not sleeping at night is sleeping pills. Maybe you have gone to your pharmacy to purchase over the counter pills or your physician has given you a
perscription. Sometimes these pills can last for awhile and then stop working.

There are other answers to insomnia. Meditation is known to work for some people. Some people have had breathing therapy, yoga, or gone to a sleep clinic. All these areas have had positive results. Learning about your sleeping disorder is the best way to start finding your cure and beating it.
