Today Is A Great Dy To Stop Smoking!

Today is a great day to stop smoking, your life will have years added on and you will become a healthier person both mentally and physically. One of the hardest things you will ever do is to make that decision to stop smoking and actually do it, it can be done though. There are a lot of different ways offered to help you quit smoking, you need to look into these to find what may work for you. Quitting smoking is one of the most important things you could ever do for yourself. It will not only help you but it will help the people around you. We all know that smoking cuts years off your life. It can cause you illness and even in some cases death. Lung cancer, throat, kidney, and pancreas cancer are only a few of the diseases that comes from smoking. Most recently added diseases caused by smoking is leukemia, cervix cancers, and pneumonia. When you smoke you make the risk of having a heart attack even greater.

If that doesn't get your attention to stop smoking think about what smoking does to you personally. You may see your skin start wrinkling at a young age, your breath is horrible, your hair and nails may start to change color, and also causes a chance for blindness because of the macular degeneration. If you are a woman that smokes, 35 or older, you have a high chance of having a heart attack, stroke, blood clots, and also having a miscarriage or a baby born to early. The good news is that when you do stop smoking it immediately starts working in your favor of avoiding these problems. Immediately after quitting your heart rate and blood pressure goes down and in the first year you will see that your lungs and blood circulation is working in a more healthy manner. All in All you have just added years onto your life. After 15 years of not
smoking you will be like a person that never smoked at all. Getting tough and staying tough on this path to quit smoking will benefit you every day for the rest of your life.
